Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a courteous and prompt manner
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Strong sales skills to promote menu items and specials

Pay: $10.00 - $17.39 per hour
